Bobby Long on tour

As yet unannounced by ATO Records or Bobby Long, the following was posted yesterday at SGOMusic:

Bobby’s been out for a string of US/Canada dates with his pals Rodrigo y Gabriela … finishing up tomorrow at Massey Hall, Toronto, Canada – scene of the recording of Neil Young’s acclaimed 1971 ‘Live At Massey Hall’. Next stop a brace of shows in mid-west/east coast parts supporting the legendary Stevie Winwood.

The MusicBobbyLong Team is thrilled at this opportunity for Bobby and can't wait for the tour dates to be announced.  Keep checking back as we'll post more information when we have it!

Wow, really cool! Bobby did tell me he'd be back in Milwaukee in about a month. I was surprised he said that because that seemed too early for what he'd said about touring with his band to promote his new album this summer, so this makes sense! I checked and Bobby has been added to the website where they sell tickets for the show in Milwaukee. Unfortunately, I probably won't make it to this show, though.

Looks like he's been added to Red Bank, NJ also on May 27 at the COunt Basie Theater

If he gets added to the St. Louis show at The Peabody opera house I won't be able to go. Tickets range from $62 for the very back to $569 for the first six rows. Too expensive for my budget but I am VERY excited Bobby gets to do this!

If I wasn't so sore from moving furniture yesterday, I'd be doing cartwheels for Bobert. I did do a few twirls... Congrats to him! x

Definitely exciting for Bobby! I called my Mom and she about screamed in my ear when I told her it was in support for Steve Winwood. She and a good friend of hers really liked him.

Yeah, the tickets are more expensive for this Milwaukee show, naturally, and because we just went to see him, I don't think my husband would like me spending the money for this all that much. I'm just going to have to win some free tickets, lol.

argh! i will miss him by 3 days in boston...though it's just as well b/c it's sold out and i'd have to sell my kids to get tickets. holding out hope that maybe he'll start his east coast tour in late june so i can catch him before i leave *crosses fingers*

    • Unacceptable! Bobby Long and Marcus Foster are playing in my city on the same night at different venues. This is a huge personal conundrum and IDK what to do! Who can I get to fix this?

    • We're still looking for something in the southwest! California to Colorado to Texas -- Since we know you're not likely to make it through our fair city--we know we'll have to travel to make it to a concert. It takes time to make plans and get time off work.........Please give us some dates soon!

    • Bobby!!! With the release of Wishbone this coming year, I think that you need to bring you and your music to Canada. Although, you have performed in a few cities in the past... You were nowhere near us (my friends and I)

    • I like all the choices for your Christmas song this year and I love the River by Joni Mitchell but it's really a sad song, so for that reason I have to go with I'll Be Home For Christmas
